Introduction of detection standard of chlorophenol
Introduction
Chlorinated phenol refers to the chlorinated substitution of phenol, including pentachlorophenol (PCP), tetrachlorophenol (TeCP), trichlorophenol (TrCP), dichlorophenol (DCP), monochlorophenol (MCP) and o-benzene All isomers of base phenol.
Hazard
Pentachlorophenol can be absorbed through the skin and is harmful to the liver and kidneys; Pentachlorophenol and tetrachlorophenol may also cause leukemia, lymphoma and harmful to human soft tissue sarcoma; Tetrachlorophenol, trichlorophenol, dichlorophenol, etc. contain chlorine Phenol is irritating and toxic to glasses, skin, mucous membranes and upper respiratory tract, and can cause glasses damage.
Limit value
1. OeKo-Tex 100 regulations (mg/kg): PCP/TeCP: ≤0.05 (Type I products); ≤0.5 (Type II, III, IV products) TrCP: ≤0.2 (Type I products) TrCP: ≤2.0 (Type II, III, IV products) DCP/MCP: ≤0.5 (type I products); ≤3.0 (type II, III, IV products)
2. EU REACH Annex 17 stipulates: PCP and its salt and fat content ≤ 1000PPM
3. "German Chemical Safety Amendment Regulations" (ChemSanktionsV) stipulates: PCP and its salt and lipid content ≤5mg/kg
4. The French Official Gazette (97/0141/F) stipulates: 1. Contact with skin ≤0.5mg/kg; 2. Non-contact ≤5mg/kg
5. The Netherlands (Act on PCP, 18.02.94) stipulates: PCP and its salt and lipid content ≤ 5mg/kg
6. Austria (Verbot on PCP BGBL.Nr.58/1991) stipulates: PCP and its salt and lipid content ≤ 5mg/kg
7. Switzerland (stoffverordnung anhang 3.1 PCP und TeCP) stipulates that the content of PCP and TeCP in all products is ≤10mg/kg
8. The UK and Sweden are consistent with EU regulations
9. Norway (Environmental Proposal) stipulates: In a single average part of the product, the limit is <0.0005% (weight ratio), or<5PPM
